This is a strawberry swirl cheesecake that my dd made for an early Easter gathering that we had Saturday. It was more than delicious! We got the recipe from a library book that featured "Junior's Most Fabulous Cheescakes". A problem occured when we went back to get the book and it was missing from the library. An internet search produced the recipe. These cheesecakes sell for more than $30-but they are so good that it would be worth every penny... if you couldn't make it yourself.
