It is so nice to have daughters that can bake. These are from the MOMYS (Mothers of Many Young Siblings) Cookbook. This cookbook is great for large families! The recipes make A LOT. We had enough to share and take to a potluck. They are Berry Cream Muffins and they were yummy!
Berry Cream Muffins
4 c. flour all purpose
2 c. blueberries or raspberries(we used chopped strawberries and blueberries)
2 c. sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs -lightly beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, blend together eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened . Gently fold in berries. Fill greased or papered muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

They look yummy! Can't wait to see you tomorrow! :)
I'm so glad I looked on here tonight! We have to make something for the silent auction Sat for the youth group. I was thinking of cookies but now I think I'm going to give this to the girls and have them make it after I get some groceries!! Thanks! You are a life saver!!!
Glad I could help! Didn't you have a dynamite muffin recipe from Nestle?
YES I do...but was trying to go the healthier route!! Plus this one sounds like it makes more and we need to have 2 silent auction items so I can use this one for both. I'm lazy and really don't have extra time today! Those Toll House muffins are yummy though!!! Did I give you the recipe? If not, let me know and I'll give you the link!! YUMMMMM
